Here's an idea for when you get discouraged. Make a list of the
people you know, or see on TV, or read about, with handicaps or
problems. Put that in a notebook and review it from time to time.
It's something I've done and have found it very helpful. It's not
about being happy about someone else's troubles, God forbid, but
it can put things in a different perspective. Best to you....
